Results

The results of the 6 weeks at the gym paid off but only now that I can see changes. My work stress is going away, my fitness level improve, I can now run faster, longer without running out of breath. Heart rate decreased a little bit as certain activities. I can run up the stairs without having trouble talking or running out of breath.

I woke up late because I couldn’t hear the alarm which was next to me. My body is soar. I haven’t been to gym since Sunday. It might have been because I started to do yoga. If it is man, it sure is working. My back and arms are killing me. I have been stretching them out since morning to relieve the pain. I think I am taking a day off fitness and might go tomorrow and just go Uni tonight.

Yoga

Recently I started doing some Yoga to help myself burn, tone up and increase my breathing on resting days. They are perfect to kill the soars inbetween days.
I am now thinking of doing them on the days of exercise as it does stretch out your body and makes it flexible.
I quite like it as it makes me concentrate and calm.
