After 6 Weeks attending the gym 3 times per week I have lost 4cm on my thigh, 1cm on chest, waist and hip and gain 2.5cm on my Biceps.
I am now going to go more than 3 times a week and on the fourth day I will be doing just cardio a little bit of chest work and core workouts. So that I do not strain myself. Else I would just do some cardio for 30-40 min and hit back home.
But I have gain 2-3 KG, I am a bit worried, but I believe I would need to do some more cardio to burn more fat than building more muscles. So I will lay off some of the weight training for a few weeks and carry on with more cardio.
